I love the popular cartoon art culture that surrounds the marketing, promotion and packaging of our breakfast cereals. If good old fashioned American capitalism got one thing right it is breakfast cereal. Hot diggity dog! I've got some treats for you.
I was shopping at a Target one night when I came across a retro style box of Trix. The design looked like one of "Jolly" Roger Bradfield's. I emailed him and it turns out that it was indeed one of his designs! Amazing!
Also, I found a blog that I just get lost in. It's all about the monster cereals. You know, Count Chocula and Boo Berry. They're all represented at http://monsterscereal.blogspot.com/
They've got it all the toys, the boxes, commercials, the works. Man, this blog is tops.
